The Workshop
Ghent University’s 13th Workshop on Empirical Macroeconomics will take place on 28-29 May 2026 in Ghent (Belgium).
The aim of this two-day workshop is to bring together researchers working on topics in macroeconomics to present and discuss their ongoing research. We invite contributions related to macroeconomic policy, business cycle analysis, economic growth, and macroeconometrics. Further information about the event and the programs of the workshop’s previous editions can be found on the workshop website.

A limited budget is available for the reimbursement of (economy class) traveling and hotel costs for participants without institutional funding or own travel budget. The request for reimbursement must be stated explicitly when submitting the paper.
